You only need to complete this form if you are traveling overnight to an event that is paid for (fully or partially) through a WesternU account (e.g. Club, Class, SGA, College).
You will not be reimbursed for travel if you do not submit this student travel notification form and receive an approval notice prior to departure! Please submit this form no less than 14 days before travel.
Only students in good academic standing are permitted to travel. If you are concerned or unsure, you should discuss your status with your Student Affairs Professional before committing to any travel plans.
Original/itemized receipts for all travel expenses incurred are required to receive a reimbursement through any WesternU account. Attach receipts to your Student Reimbursement Form.
Remember to also follow any procedures outlined by your college regarding excused absences; contact your College's Student Affairs Professional for more information.
