Registering is easy! Follow the instructions provided for students on the right. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Shadowing Administrator.

If you are a Pre-Medical Student interested in shadowing a doctor:

• Register through the Student Registration link located in the top menu.
• After successful registration and approval, log in to submit the necessary documents.
• Once your documents are received and approved, you may register for shadowing.

If you're a Faculty Member interested in providing shadowing opportunities for prospective students:

• Log in with your WesternU credentials. Please use your username (do not add @westernu.edu).
• Register by choosing the appropriate programs you'd like to participate in.
• Upon successful registration, you'll have the ability to:
• Provide times you can shadow by creating shadowing slots.
• Add or remove programs available for shadowing.
• Manage delegates are authorized to create shadowing slots for you.
