On behalf of Dr. Ramona Caliva and the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association (WSPMA), I am pleased to forward this Erickson Scholarship Application to you. In memory of Ed Erickson DPM, the WSPMA is pleased to be taking applications for a $1000.00 scholarship to help the education of future podiatrists.

Must be a Washington State resident and attend school within Washington State (grammar school, high school or college)

Students must in their Second through Fourth year

Must include recent transcript and letter from school stating that applicant is in good standing and a current student.

Previous recipients of this scholarship are not eligible to reapply.

Application and required documents are due no later than January 6, 2020
